I specialize in utilizing various behavioral strategies such as shame attacking, guided imagery and grounding techniques as part of my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I also focus on addressing expressed emotions within the context of family dynamics. One of my core therapy beliefs is that no conditions arise in isolation, emphasizing the interconnectedness of various factors in a person's life.

Qualification

• I completed my undergraduate degree at Christ University in Bangalore


• Following that, I pursued my Masters at Pondicherry Central University


• I obtained my MPhil in Clinical Psychology, which is registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), from Sweekaar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences


• I successfully completed my PhD at Amity University Rajasthan

Training

I have received comprehensive training in the domains of teaching, research, and practice which I perceive as an interconnected and mutually beneficial cycle. My academic pursuits have primarily focused on exploring the psychological foundations of topics such as underpinnings of pornographic addiction and subjective experience, faith healing and psychotherapy. I strongly advocate for the cultural accommodation of psychotherapy and emphasize the importance of tailor-made approaches in therapeutic practices.
